You will work with traders, quants, and operations to deliver a robust, scalable OMS capable of handling millions of orders annually.

The role leverages Linux, Java, Micronaut/Spring Boot, and microservices, with exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases and modern dev tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise Java web applications.
• Experience with microservices: Spring Boot, Micronaut.
• Strong SQL with SQL Server/Oracle; NoSQL exposure.
• Linux shell proficiency; Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Order Management System underpinning the systematic investment process.
• Collaborate with trading desk, quants, and operations to deliver a robust OMS.
• Ensure the system scales to process millions of orders and onboarding of new strategies.
• Gain deep understanding of cash equities, equity swaps, and futures execution and booking.
