Raymond James is seeking an Associate Director of Trading Technology to lead trader‑facing systems and modernize the front‑office stack. You will own the TDOE platform, drive API enablement, and partner with traders, operations, and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable trading workflows across the enterprise.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong engineering judgment, and the ability to mentor high‑performing teams in a hybrid work model based in Jersey City, NJ.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading software engineering and technology teams for trading/wealth mgmt platforms.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management trading operations and front‑office workflows.
• Experience with order lifecycle management, OMS, trade execution platforms, and market connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Own the TDOE platform with strategic and operational leadership for equity and options trading.
• Drive modernization, API enablement, and service-based architecture while ensuring stability.
• Collaborate with traders, operations, compliance, product, and engineering to improve workflows.
