Job summary

Balanced Body is seeking a Trade Show Manager to own end-to-end logistics for its trade show and event presence. You will manage booth contracting, production, freight, staffing, and vendor relationships to reflect the brand across the US, UK, and international markets.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams, maintain calendars for ~20 shows per year, and travel domestically and internationally. A passport and visas may be required for global events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing trade shows, events, or exhibits.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent show timelines.
• Experience negotiating vendor and venue contracts, including booth decorators and movers.
• Working knowledge of freight, shipping, and logistics coordination.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support show execution.
• Valid, current passport and ability to secure visas for international shows.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during show installation and teardown; physical tasks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain annual trade show calendar and secure priority booth placement.
• Negotiate and execute show contracts and booth selection with internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for exhibitor portals, registrations, and insurance.
• Book staff hotel accommodations for shows without lodging in packages.
• Develop booth floorplans and material lists for each show.
• Order and track show equipment and materials and manage production lead times (~3 months).
• Coordinate logistics with BB UK/US booths and manage freight and inventory.
• Create Run of Show documents and coordinate onsite signage and decoration.
• Lead post-mortem reviews and report show performance to Sales & Marketing.
• Keep events calendar and tracking documentation up to date.
