Job summary

Balanced Body, the world’s leading Pilates equipment designer, is hiring a Trade Show Manager to own end-to-end logistics for domestic and international shows in the US, UK, and beyond.

You will plan, contract, and execute booth participation, coordinate freight, booth staffing, and vendor relationships, and run post-show analyses to inform future events, collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of trade show/events management experience.
• Experience negotiating vendor and venue contracts.
• Strong project management and multi-timeline coordination.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Events).
• Passport and visa readiness for international shows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain annual trade show calendar and secure priority booth placement.
• Negotiate contracts with shows, manage registrations and logistics.
• Oversee booth production, materials, and freight/shipping.
• Coordinate onsite execution, ROS document, signage, and staffing.
• Lead post-show reviews and track performance for future shows.
