Job summary

Balanced Body seeks a Trade Show Manager to own end-to-end logistics for domestic and international trade shows. You will lead planning, contracting, booth production, shipping, staffing, and vendor relationships to uphold Balanced Body’s brand and drive sales and marketing goals. Expect ~20 shows annually with cross-functional collaboration.

You will travel domestically and internationally, manage ROS and post-show reporting, and partner with Marketing leadership to optimize show lineups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing trade shows, events, or exhibits in B2B, wellness, or related industries.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent show timelines.
• Experience negotiating vendor and venue contracts, including booth decorators and movers.
• Working knowledge of freight, shipping, and logistics coordination.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support show execution.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Events teams.

Responsibilities

• Show Planning & Contracting: maintain calendar, secure priority booth placement, negotiate and execute contracts.
• Booth Production & Materials: develop booth layouts, order materials, manage lead times, maintain booth inventory.
• Onsite Execution: create ROS, coordinate graphics and decor, act as onsite logistics contact.
• Post-Show & Reporting: lead post-mortems and track performance for future shows.
