Job summary

FinSurance is seeking a senior trade credit insurance producer who can combine underwriting judgment with non-cancellable buyer-limit expertise and deep relationships within the trade credit brokerage community.

The role focuses on structuring, pricing and underwriting profitable trade credit business, expanding broker networks, and applying Insurtech-enabled workflows to scale operations. Remote work is available for candidates authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of trade credit underwriting experience.
• Experience with buyer limits, policy structures and concentration management.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and transaction risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and underwrite profitable new and renewal trade credit business through FinSurance’s broker network.
• Build relationships with specialist trade credit brokers and major brokerage trade credit practices.
• Evaluate buyer, industry, country, concentration and transaction risk using financial statements and documents.
• Structure and price non-cancellable buyer limits and trade credit solutions within delegated authority.
• Prepare complete referrals for exposures above authority and collaborate with senior leadership and partners.
