Qualifications

• At least 10 years of trade compliance experience with a government contractor.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience entering/export licenses in GTM, DECCS, SNAP-R and CBP AES.
• U.S. Citizenship required; willing to reside near listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and advise on ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and FTR compliance for US government agencies.
• Prepare and submit export licenses, TAAs, and Commerce licenses; verify ITAR/EAR exemptions.
• Serve as Empowered Official as defined by ITAR.
• Review international shipments, foreign travel/visitors for license compliance.
• Review proposals and contracts for programmatic alignment and compliance.
• Maintain export/import records per US regulations and policy.
• Perform other trade compliance duties as assigned.
