L3Harris Technologies seeks a Senior Principal, Global Trade Compliance Counsel to advise on global trade regulations (EAR, ITAR, OFAC) and coordinate cross-functional leadership to strengthen compliance across the business. The role covers investigations, policy development, and transactional due-diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Reports to the Senior Director and Managing Counsel, Global Trade Compliance with travel up to 10–20%.

Formación

• J.D. and US bar in good standing required.
• Minimum 13 years of related experience in global trade compliance.
• Experience with ITAR, EAR and OFAC regulations required.

Responsabilidades

• Advise internal stakeholders on export controls and sanctions matters across EAR/ITAR/OFAC.
• Lead investigations of compliance incidents and related disclosures to regulators.
• Develop and implement enhanced compliance policies and controls.
• Support due diligence and post-closing compliance for M&A activities.
• Coordinate with Legal and leadership to report on compliance considerations.
