The position emphasizes ownership of trade compliance programs, documentation, audits, and regulatory changes, with secondary focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade compliance or regulatory roles.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, datacenter power, or power electronics products preferred.
• Experience supporting U.S. government or public sector customers is a plus.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them pragmatically to products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for Trade Compliance for IT and datacenter power products including UPS systems, distribution equipment, and racks.
• Lead Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliance activities and support for U.S. government and regulated customers.
• Perform COO determinations using substantial transformation analysis with cross‑functional partners.
• Evaluate impact of manufacturing locations, BOM changes, and site transfers on TAA and COO compliance.
• Develop and defend trade compliance documentation and audit-ready substantiation.
