Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Division is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to lead TAA and COO compliance for IT and datacenter power products, including UPS systems and related accessories.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days at home) and requires collaboration with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering and legal teams to ensure U.S. government procurement and global trade requirements are met, while supporting product safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in trade compliance, regulatory compliance, or related engineering/compliance roles.

Responsibilities

• Own Trade Compliance for IT and data center power products including UPS and related accessories.
• Lead TAA compliance activities and support for government customers.
• Determine COO compliance via substantial transformation analysis across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Develop, maintain, and defend trade compliance docs, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Serve as SME for audits, customer requirements, and regulatory inquiries.
