Job summary

Amazon Robotics seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead QTS manufacturing technology platforms. You will own programs around Tulip MES, Atlas tools, and integrations to ERP/PLM systems, driving rollout and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on MES experience, strong program management rigor, and the ability to align manufacturing ops with IT and quality engineering. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional leadership role in Reading, MA.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience with cross functional teams and release scheduling.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA or MS preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for Tulip MES and Atlas tools from requirements to deployment and handoff.
Drive roadmap for manufacturing tech solutions: work instructions, production tracking, traceability, and quality inspection.
Lead design, testing, and rollout for Tulip apps and Atlas deployments with operations teams.
Manage integrations with ERP/SAP, PLM/Teamcenter, and quality systems to enable data flow.
Partner with site teams to prioritize tech investments and drive tool adoption.
