Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager (Product Owner/TPM) for Edison Works Digital Technology to shape manufacturing operations. You will align business process needs with Solumina MOM, lead requirement gathering, define solutions, and drive integration with SAP, PLM, MES and ERP.

You’ll establish KPIs, roadmaps, and ensure delivery across sites and headquarters, balancing features, defects and debt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Technical Product Ownership/PM or IT experience.
• Security clearance eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship between business needs and Solumina MOM capabilities.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution definition and prioritization with manufacturing stakeholders.
• Drive integration strategy across Solumina, SAP, PLM, MES and ERP systems.
• Establish KPIs and success measures for adoption and value realization.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap and cross-functional delivery alignment.
