Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) seeks an innovative Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the product roadmap across cross-functional teams including robotics, operations, and SCOT. You will lead design and delivery with scientists, engineers, and product peers, ensuring timely, data-driven decisions and escalations are managed effectively.

You will guide multi-team programs, communicate status clearly, and remove roadblocks in a fast-paced environment, inventing and simplifying daily

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
3+ years of software development experience.
Experience coordinating release schedules across cross-functional teams.
5+ years in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's to drive multi-million dollar businesses and senior leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

Translate use cases and requirements into successful projects with scientists, PMs, and stakeholders.
Continuously improve existing systems and processes.
Launch product features, beta programs, and change management.
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance business vs technical needs.
Identify, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
Drive teamwork and collaboration across multiple groups with competing priorities.
