Job summary

Amazon Robotics (AR) seeks a talented Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the Quality Technology Services organization, focused on manufacturing technology platforms, including Tulip MES and Atlas tools, to enable production operations at scale.

You will own end-to-end program management for MES deployments, drive roadmaps, manage cross-functional delivery with plant operations, IT, and engineering, and measure adoption and KPIs across shop floor applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience, or a Master's degree and 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or lean sensei.
• 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience.
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Tulip MES and Atlas manufacturing tools from requirements through deployment and handoff.
• Drive roadmap and capability framework for manufacturing technology solutions like work instructions, production tracking, traceability, quality inspection, and operator-facing applications.
• Lead requirements design, process mapping, user acceptance testing, and rollout planning for Tulip apps and Atlas tool deployments.
• Manage integrations between MES and ERP/SAP, PLM/Teamcenter, and quality systems to ensure end-to-end data flow.
• Partner with site teams to understand pain points and drive adoption of digital tools on the shop floor.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with QTS engineering, quality, supply chain, and infrastructure teams to define technical requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Establish program governance: status reporting, dependency management, risk mitigation, executive communication.
• Drive continuous improvement: measure platform adoption, operator feedback, and production KPIs.
