Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs, setting clear objectives, measurable success criteria, and long-term strategy while driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver.
• Partner with engineering teams and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, align on requirements, and make smart trade-offs between time, effort, and features to keep programs on track.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively by overseeing gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures, reducing exposure to common failure modes.
• Leverage your technical judgment to evaluate system designs and ensure architectures scale to meet business needs, incorporating AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Communicate program progress and outcomes effectively through narratives and presentations, building alignment across Directors and VPs.
