Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to tackle complex problems spanning AMG systems and organizations.

You will own multi-year program vision across AWS Organizations, Accounts, and Control Tower, partnering with senior leaders to define strategy and requirements. You will design and coordinate scalable solutions that operate globally within AWS's multi-account governance ecosystem, balancing business and technical trade-offs while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise with AI/ML-assisted development workflows and agentic automation.
• Experience driving technical strategy and architecture for large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and non-technical partners.
• Track record delivering quality products on time.

Responsibilities

• Own communication, coordination, and execution of multi-year program vision across AMG's portfolio.
• Define strategy and requirements with senior product and engineering leaders.
• Design, coordinate, and execute scalable technical solutions across multi-account governance ecosystem.
• Coordinate roadmaps across governance and account management systems.
• Drive consensus on technical approaches across AWS teams.
