Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks an experienced supply chain leader in Georgetown, TX, to own end-to-end planning across demand, supply, inventory, and fulfillment for hyperscale programs. You will guide forecasting, NPI planning, and cross-functional execution with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.

You will drive inventory optimization, operational readiness, and scalable KPI reporting while partnering with global teams to deploy rapid customer deployments and scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer operations, or operations management within technology or hyperscale industries.
• Experience supporting NPI programs, high-volume operations, and hyperscale customers.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complexity and collaborate across global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning across demand, supply, inventory, and fulfillment functions supporting hyperscale customer programs.
• Own forecasting processes including demand planning, customer commits, scenario modeling, and executive forecast alignment.
• Drive inventory optimization, supply continuity, allocation management, and operational readiness in constrained environments.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) planning including material readiness, build planning, ramp execution, and transition to mass production.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Finance teams to support rapid customer deployments and scaling initiatives.
• Develop scalable planning processes, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives leveraging analytics and automation.
