Job summary
Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Regulation Tech & Assurance team within Amazon Privacy (Security). You will translate complex AI regulation into scalable governance controls, oversee end-to-end design, and drive cross-functional delivery across Legal, AI Security, Privacy, and engineering teams to ensure compliance posture for regulators and auditors.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules
Responsibilities
- Own AI governance controls and data lineage responsibilities
- Architect cross-functional compliance solutions from policy to automated enforcement
- Drive delivery across Legal, AI Security, Privacy, and engineering teams
- Translate regulatory interpretations into implementable technical requirements
- Partner across RTA's Security, Privacy, and RAI pillars for unified governance
