Qualifications

• 10+ years of TPM implementation experience.
• Proven track record drafting TPM proposals and RFIs.
• Deep understanding of BHA TPM policies and priorities.
• Exceptional research, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into accessible content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review TPM opportunities from USAID BHA and other sources.
• Draft and review high-quality TPM proposals, RFIs, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with proposal and pricing teams to ensure technical soundness.
• Adhere to IBTCI and client guidelines and branding.
• Provide regular progress updates to the proposal team.
• Assist in recruitment for relevant proposals as needed.
• Participate in virtual or in-person status meetings.
