Job summary

Mecka AI is seeking a Senior TPM/Technical Operations Lead to own end-to-end enterprise deployments and bridge commercial strategy, technical execution, and global supply chain across North America. You will orchestrate hardware deployments, coordinate international freight and 3PLs, and align executives, field engineers, and vendors around a master schedule.

This senior IC role requires 7–10+ years in robotics or enterprise IoT and hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, NetSuite, and ERP

Qualifications

7–10+ years in TPM, operations, or supply chain leadership in robotics or industrial hardware.
Experience expanding deployments into new geographies with international freight, customs, and 3PL coordination.
Ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams without direct reports.

Responsibilities

Own the most complex enterprise rollouts across Commercial, Solutions Eng, and Field Ops.
Design and optimize hardware supply chain workflows, freight, customs, warehousing, and 3PLs to ensure on-site deployments.
Translate field data into actionable product requirements to influence roadmaps.
Architect internal tools and standardized processes using Jira, Asana, and ERP systems.
