Job summary

IBTCI is seeking a Senior Technical TPM Proposal Writer to join our MERL/BD Practice on a contract basis. You will research, draft, and submit high-quality TPM proposals and related deliverables, collaborating with the pricing and proposal teams to ensure technical soundness and alignment with client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in TPM, strong writing/editing skills, and deep knowledge of BHA priorities in humanitarian contexts.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in social studies, communication, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of professional TPM experience.
• Proven track record as a TPM proposal writer, preferably in humanitarian contexts.
• Deep understanding of BHA priorities in TPM and evaluations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of TPM best practices and innovations.

Responsibilities

• Review and research TPM opportunities from USAID BHA and other TPM bids.
• Draft high-quality deliverables, RFIs and TPM proposals with methodologies and approaches.
• Collaborate with proposal and pricing teams to craft compelling TPM proposals.
• Ensure proposals adhere to IBTCI and BHA guidelines and branding.
• Provide regular progress reports to the proposal team and stakeholders.
• Participate in recruitment processes for relevant proposals as needed.
• Attend meetings to discuss status and next steps.
