(IBTCI), a U.S.-based international development consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technical Specialist with extensive Third Party Monitoring (TPM) experience in the humanitarian assistance context, to join us on a contract basis for our bids on TPM contracts worldwide. In this role, the consultant will be responsible for researching, drafting, and submitting high-quality deliverables, RFIs and proposals.
