Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior TPM for Leo Enterprise Technology to own strategy and execution of enterprise‑scale programs underpinning Leo's global operations. You will set the long‑term vision for enterprise platforms, including SAP, to enable Leo's business, financial, and operational outcomes.

Collaborating with PMT, engineering teams, and senior leaders, you will define roadmaps, manage risks, and establish durable processes to drive predictable execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to Leo’s business objectives.
• Understand business requirements with PMT and stakeholders.
• Anticipate systemic risks and dependences before impact.
• Raise the bar for program management excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate with SAP Developers and tech teams to plan effort.
• Build project plans and sprint schedules with team bandwidth in mind.
• Manage dependencies and unblock teams to meet dates.
• Identify risks and drive issue resolution.
• Establish processes and Jira for project cadence and tracking.
• Drive best practices and alignment with existing processes.
