• End-to-End Program Leadership: Own complex, cross-functional programs from scoping to launch and adoption.
• Cross-Organizational Alignment: Align engineering, product, design, field, legal, and marketing around a shared plan.
• Product Launch & Enterprise Adoption: Drive successful launches with field teams and customer success.
• Operational Excellence: Design scalable processes and drive adoption across teams.
• Executive Communication: Provide updates to senior leadership with clear risk flags and decisions.
