Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical program management experience leading large platform or infrastructure programs.
- Fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and core infra domains.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of Harvey's platform and infrastructure programs.
- Lead cloud migrations, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with Infra, Platform, Security, and GTM teams to unblock delivery.
- Engage vendors (AWS, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic) with joint planning.
- Define health metrics and drive quarterly roadmaps with clear owners.
- Run rhythm: working groups, steering reviews, exec readouts.
