Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering large, ambiguous programs across multiple teams
• Ability to ramp across unfamiliar parts of the stack and read system designs critically
• Proven ability to influence engineering stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication, distilling complex tradeoffs for technical and cross-functional audiences
• Experience building durable program review forums, metrics, and operating cadences

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of critical company programs, defining outcomes, scope, owners, milestones, and success metrics
• Lead programs across AI infrastructure, developer productivity, and customer-facing products
• Drive developer productivity programs, improve test coverage and CI/CD, and measure impact on velocity and release safety
• Coordinate launch readiness and align engineering, product, design, and go-to-market partners
• Surface risks and gaps, resolve ownership issues, and sequence dependencies across teams
• Build a lightweight operating cadence and track program-specific metrics from launch onward
