Amazon seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Open Data Analytics Engines initiatives across Release Automation and Engine teams. Based in Redmond, WA, you will drive cross-team delivery for release pipelines, region expansions, and datalake integrations with EMR, AWS Glue, and Athena.

You'll build integrated schedules, define success metrics, and mitigate risks while partnering with engineering leaders to balance new capabilities with reliability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience coordinating cross-functional software delivery teams.
Experience with release automation and open-source integrations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Own and drive cross-team program execution for release automation and engine performance.
Build integrated schedules across Fundamentals and Engines teams.
Identify risks and escalate early to keep release timelines.
Define KPIs and dashboards to measure release velocity and reliability.
Collaborate with engineering leaders on trade-offs and roadmaps.
