Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of TPM experience with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across data and analytics portfolio and lead prioritization meetings with internal customers.
• Establish and scale team-wide processes; ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Own intake and prioritization mechanisms, delivery cadences, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication.
