Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• Experience building software that interacts with data systems (databases, pipelines, APIs, or data platforms).

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery strategy and cross-goal coordination for EXA's core data product portfolio.
• Manage the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional data product initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Drive the extension and expansion of core data products across AWS.
• Partner with engineering, applied science, and data science leads to align priorities with outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across EXA and partner teams.
• Streamline processes to create predictable delivery paths.
• Write effective narratives to present program status and recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate program risks before blockers.
