Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Lead, Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of New Product Introduction programs within the Formulated Solutions business.

You will coordinate across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and customer-facing teams to drive alignment, manage risk, and advance commercialization. You will influence stakeholders, promote best practices, and deliver portfolio-level outcomes that support customer success and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years leading new product development or technical programs in semiconductor fabrication or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of CMP processes and CMP-related chemistry.
• Proven success leading complex NPI programs from concept to commercialization.
• Advanced program and portfolio management skills, with PMP preferred.
• Ability to influence decisions across functions and geographies without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic NPI programs with KPI visibility and risk management.
• Align priorities with FS and divisional strategy; provide portfolio insights.
• Improve NPI processes, tools, and governance to speed execution.
• Coach teams as TPM SME and promote project management excellence.
• Develop customer communications balancing requirements and IP protection.
