Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead, Technical Program Management to lead a portfolio of strategically important NPI programs within the Formulated Solutions business unit. You will coordinate across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and customer-facing teams to drive alignment, manage risk, and enable commercialization.

You will influence stakeholders, promote best practices, and deliver portfolio-level outcomes that support customer success and business growth in line with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading new product development, commercialization, or technical programs in semiconductor fabs or related industry.
• CMP-related process knowledge; min 3 years in CMP-related role preferred.
• Proven success managing complex NPI programs from concept to commercialization.
• Advanced program/portfolio management skills with governance and executive communication; PMP preferred.
• Familiarity with stage-gate NPI processes and cross-functional gate reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic NPI programs with prioritization, execution, KPI visibility, risk management and commercialization.
• Align priorities, resources, and outcomes with FS and divisional strategy; provide portfolio-level insights.
• Improve NPI processes, tools, and governance to increase execution speed and efficiency.
• Serve as TPM SME, establish best practices, coach teams, and promote project management excellence.
• Collaborate with business and customer-facing teams to balance customer requirements, product positioning, and protecting IP.
