Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager to guide a strategic portfolio of New Product Introduction programs within the Formulated Solutions unit.

The role spans R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and customer teams to drive alignment, manage risk, and enable successful commercialization. You will influence cross-functional decision-making, advance program management practices, and deliver portfolio outcomes aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading NPIs or technical programs in semiconductor fabrication or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of NPI processes and portfolio management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of strategic NPI programs, driving prioritization, execution, KPI visibility, risk management and commercialization.
• Collaborate with business and functional leaders to align priorities, resources and program outcomes with FS and divisional strategy.
• Improve NPI processes, tools, and governance to increase execution speed and efficiency.
• Serve as TPM SME by establishing best practices, coaching teams, and promoting project management excellence.
• Develop customer communications balancing requirements, product positioning and protection of proprietary information.
