Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager to drive ADM New Product Introductions from concept to high volume manufacturing.

This remote role can be based in US states where Entegris operates, with cross-functional collaboration across BD, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in a technical field, 8+ years of program management experience, and strong communication and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, materials science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of direct experience managing technical projects and engineering or manufacturing lifecycles.
• Experience with advanced deposition technologies and NPIs in semiconductor/manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to translate technical ambiguity into clear execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive NPIs from concept through high-volume manufacturing on time and within scope.
• Define, track, manage, and report NPI milestones (sampling, development, HVM).
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale.
• Promote standardized product development processes and best practices.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Promote data-driven decision making and structured problem solving.
• Craft customer communications balancing requirements, marketing, and information protection.
• Manage complex, high-impact programs critical to the business or customers.
