Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager to drive a portfolio of strategic NPI programs in the Formulated Solutions unit. The role collaborates across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and customer-facing teams to align priorities and enable successful commercialization.

The TPM will influence senior stakeholders, advance best practices, and deliver portfolio-level outcomes aligned with Entegris' strategic objectives. Remote options are considered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years leading NPIs or technical programs in semiconductor fabrication or related industry.
• 3+ years in CMP-related role preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional NPI programs from concept to commercialization.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across functions and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of strategic NPI programs with KPI visibility and risk management.
• Align priorities with FS and divisional strategy; provide portfolio insights.
• Improve NPI processes, tools, and governance to speed execution.
• Serve as TPM SME; coach teams and promote project management excellence.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams on communications and requirements.
