Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for the ADM team in Danbury, CT. You will drive New Product Introductions from concept to high-volume manufacturing, aligning with BD, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to meet performance, quality, and scalability goals.

The role requires on-site presence at the Danbury facility and strong PM skills to manage risks, stakeholder expectations, and project closures across complex programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, materials science or related field.
• 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and understanding of engineering lifecycles or manufacturing processes.
• Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development in semiconductor fabrication or related high-tech manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive New Product Introduction from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Define, track, manage, and report NPI milestones and mitigate risks across development and execution phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scalability; promote data-driven decision making.
