Cloudflare is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic, multi‑quarter initiatives within our Performance and Infrastructure organization. Qualifications

5+ years of technical program management experience in infrastructure, reliability, or large-scale engineering environments.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to partner with Product and Engineering to clarify vision and measure success.
Ability to create realistic plans, manage dependencies, and deliver with predictability.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end chaos engineering, from test planning to results publication.
Coordinate readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and safe production resilience tests.
Track remediation, evaluate program impact, and maintain roadmaps and runbooks.
