Job summary

ASM in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management Engineering to lead end-to-end product sustaining across complex semiconductor product lines, aligning hardware, software, and manufacturing functions. You will establish governance, manage resources, drive cross-functional decisions, and mentor TPME teams to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and customer value.

This role requires deep leadership and stakeholder management, with experience in PLM and ERP

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical program management or engineering leadership delivering complex HVM products.
• Experience owning requirements governance and change-request/escalation processes as a primary technical point of contact.
• Track record delivering integration, validation, and parts release cycles through full product development lifecycle.
• Experience with PLM systems and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor high-performing TPME teams and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Lead the TPME organization for HVM/Sustaining and EOL programs across the KPUs.
• Lead cross-functional programs involving hardware, software, systems integration, and operations.
• Establish program execution strategies, requirements management, and change-control processes.
• Drive alignment across design engineering, product management, supply chains, and external partners.
