• Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development teams across mechanical, thermal, electrical, software, and automation domains.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies to ensure project success.
• Champion continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization.
• Drive development of complex test systems for semiconductor devices.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans and performance standards.
• Oversee design, validation, and release of sub-assemblies and full systems.
• Ensure compliance with SEMI S2/S8, F47, CE, and other standards.
• Lead DFM/DFT efforts to optimize manufacturability and testability.
• Analyze reliability and yield data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and customers to define scope and risk mitigation.
