Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Technical Program Manager, IT & Security, to own visibility and delivery across eight concurrent programs spanning Idaho, Tennessee, Los Angeles, and more. You will keep teams aligned, scheduled, and delivering, while representing IT leadership in key meetings and ensuring blockers are resolved.

You will coordinate with facilities, construction, engineering, and external partners, building the system of record and cadence for portfolio tracking.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program or project management, including infrastructure and security programs.
• Delivered IT infrastructure into new construction or facility buildouts: manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or multi-site commercial.
• Hands-on Atlassian administration—Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and Confluence spaces that teams actually adopted.
• Can hold their own in an architecture review; reads and produces network diagrams; understands infrastructure and security concepts.
• Keep IT scope sequenced with construction alongside the facilities PM and general contractor so structured cabling, MDF/IDF, low voltage, access control, cameras, wireless, and carrier circuits are planned into GC milestones.
• Regulated environment experience (nuclear, defense, aerospace, life sciences, or similar).
• Strong written communication skills; documentation respected by engineers and executives.
• Foster a culture of influence, stakeholder management, and teamwork.
• Breadth of IT experience

Responsibilities

• Build the system of record for tracking IT and security programs, including tooling, cadence, and reporting.
• Own the operating cadence: recurring IT and security status meetings plus cross-functional reviews; set agendas and drive decisions.
• Maintain integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, and milestones across all eight programs; identify status and escalate blockers.
• Produce network and architecture diagrams, project charters, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Escalate slipping commitments and blockers to the VP of IT and VP of Cybersecurity; represent IT leadership in meetings.
• Support CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 program: milestone plans, POA&M status, remediation coordination, evidence collection; security decisions stay with the security team.
• First 90 days: inventory programs, stand up Jira/Confluence, publish first integrated portfolio schedule, establish cadence
