Qualifications

• Experience managing contract manufacturers and global vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of XR hardware programs from conception through Engineering Validation and Test.
• Balance cross-functional priorities across electrical engineering, optics, and design.
• Manage vendor relationships and SOWs with OEMs for production readiness.
• Establish cadence for program reviews and phase-gate milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure components integrate into system builds.
