Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or product design.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers and global vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from conception to production across hardware domains.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Balance technical tradeoffs across electrical engineering, optics, and design teams.
• Manage vendor relationships from onboarding through build support and scaling.
• Drive cross-functional debugging and root-cause analysis of failures.
• Establish cadence for program reviews and phase-gate meetings.
