Job summary

Google seeks an executive-level Technical Program Manager to lead data center capacity delivery for hyperscale builds from site selection through handover. You will manage multi-gigawatt portfolios, steer schedules, and oversee safety and performance metrics across internal teams and contractor partners.

You will coordinate entitlements, design, procurement, and construction, driving AI/ML infrastructure insertions and advanced cooling solutions while communicating with executives and engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of program management experience.
• 8 years of executive leadership delivering hyperscale data center capacity from greenfield builds to operational readiness.
• 5 years managing multi-hundred megawatt infrastructure delivery programs with portfolio values exceeding $1B.
• 5 years of technical experience with high-density power delivery, MEP/FP/Controls coordination, and fast-track design-build construction.
• 5 years of experience in commercial management, including GMP contract negotiation, cost control, and general contractor supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the complete lifecycle of hyperscale data center builds, including entitlements and permitting.
• Oversee multi-gigawatt capacity portfolios, maintaining schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Manage high-density compute capacity deployment with late-stage tech insertions for GPU/TPU infrastructure.
• Align internal partners with primary GC, EC, and MC contractors for seamless capacity releases.
• Establish site culture standards across large contractor workforces to ensure safety and standardized delivery models.
