Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Drive the operating cadence for programs with kickoffs, reviews, dashboards, and risk tracking.
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies; drive mitigations and escalate when needed.
• Partner with Engineering to evaluate trade-offs around reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Translate goals into executable program plans and define KPIs to guide prioritization.
