Coinbase is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-priority, multi-quarter programs across product and engineering teams. You will turn strategy into concrete plans, align stakeholders, and ship features reliably and on time.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role driving large technical programs.
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity and tight timelines.
Technical fluency with modern distributed systems for architecture discussions.
Experience defining program KPIs and using data dashboards to guide decisions.
Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, or crypto/fintech ecosystems.
Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up.
Drive operating cadence for programs with dashboards, risk tracking, and milestones across multiple teams.
Identify risks and dependencies; drive mitigations and escalate as needed.
Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate trade-offs for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Translate product goals into executable program plans and define program KPIs.
