Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct, hands-on manufacturing or supervision experience.
• Strong SMT, reflow, wave soldering, through-hole knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or SAP) and IT perspective.
• Leadership in fast-paced, multi-faceted teams; performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field; AS acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations across assigned areas, ensuring production, quality, safety, schedule adherence, and cost objectives.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production build plans based on material availability and capacity; monitor execution and provide weekly schedule updates.
• Own material flow and inventory levels; coordinate with purchasing/stockroom to ensure timely deliveries and manage carrying costs.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Stockroom, Test, Maintenance, Program Management, and Finance to allocate resources and resolve constraints.
• Lead manpower planning, staffing decisions, and overtime within approved budget; supervise training and development.
• Implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements to improve yields, reduce cycle time, and enhance process control.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and ITAR where applicable.
• Monitor KPIs, budget, and capital expenditures; report to leadership and customers.
• Set production schedules and ECDs for backlog orders in collaboration with planning and program management.
• Recommend capital expenditures and participate in contract reviews for new orders.
