Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic, multi-quarter initiatives within our Performance and Infrastructure group. You will bridge Product, Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, and Reliability to craft and execute a unified, measurable program strategy.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, coordinates globally, and uses AI-enhanced tools to automate routine administration while maintaining human review.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in infrastructure, reliability, performance, data platforms, or large-scale engineering.
• Strong technical fluency with infrastructure systems, telemetry/observability, reliability practices (SLO/SLIs).
• Proven experience partnering with Product and Engineering to clarify vision, represent internal customer workflows, and measure success.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning, execution cadence, and alignment across Product, Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, and Reliability.
• Drive infrastructure efficiency with fleet-wide resource reporting and automation to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Own end-to-end chaos engineering, readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and production resilience testing.
• Track remediation and maintain roadmaps, dashboards, and runbooks; communicate progress to stakeholders.
