Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of mission-critical software programs, including MyLam CLA, lifecycle governance, and customer communications. You will coordinate across Global Field Operations, Product Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure timely delivery and policy alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in project or program management; proven cross-functional leadership.
Experience delivering complex programs with multi-stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs across Global Field Operations, Product Engineering, and Customer Support.
Own program roadmaps, milestones, risks, and cross-functional alignment.
Deliver structured program reviews, executive updates, and performance reporting.
Govern software lifecycle processes including feature enablement, release coordination, and change control.
Drive system modernization initiatives (cloud migration, platform upgrades, performance improvements).
