Job summary

Lam Research in California’s Bay Area is seeking an Operations Technical Program Manager to join the Global Operations AI team. You will bridge business stakeholders and AI/ML/Automation delivery teams, shaping use cases, defining value levers, and guiding deployment from concept through adoption.

You’ll collaborate with AI/ML TPMs, drive end-to-end execution, align change management, and monitor post-deployment value against KPIs in a fast-moving semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years in Ops, Supply Chain, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs involving business process change and technology deployment.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to translate business needs into structured requirements.
• Experience partnering with AI/ML teams without hands-on coding.
• Semiconductor/advanced manufacturing or global operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Operations leaders to identify AI/ML opportunities.
• Gather requirements, constraints, dependencies, and success metrics; define value levers and KPIs.
• Translate operational needs into execution-ready inputs for technical teams.
• Drive end-to-end execution and deployment planning; track milestones and readiness.
• Monitor post-deployment adoption and value realization against KPIs.
