Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an Operations Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the Global Operations AI team to connect business stakeholders with AI/ML deployment teams. You will drive deployment from concept to adoption, ensuring value realization across lam’s global operations.

The role requires leading cross-functional programs, managing risks, and aligning process changes with training and change management plans. Salary ranges are regionally benchmarked for the California Bay Area.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher with extensive program leadership in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs with tech deployment.
Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with Global Operations stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI/ML/Automation opportunities.
Define value levers, KPIs, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end deployment planning, adoption, and value realization for initiatives.
Coordinate across business owners, AI/ML/Automation TPMs, and Enterprise AI partners.
Monitor post-deployment performance and drive continuous improvement.
