Job summary

Lam Research in Fremont, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of mission-critical programs for Lam’s Software Key systems, CLA, and governance. You will drive end-to-end program execution across Global Field Ops, Engineering, and Customer Support, ensuring accurate communications and lifecycle adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business or related field with 12+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strong influential abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions enabling successful technical, process, or operational changes.
• Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, or automation to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional programs across Global Field Operations, Product Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Own program roadmaps, milestones, risks and alignment.
• Deliver structured program reviews and executive updates.
• Govern software lifecycle processes including release coordination and change control.
• Drive system modernization initiatives such as cloud migration and platform upgrades.
• Own CLA system and customer communication accountability.
• Ensure timely release of critical technical product information and policy compliance.
• Drive KPI monitoring, escalation management and quarterly business reviews.
• Improve MyLam workflows, reporting and policy alignment.
• Deliver data-driven executive reporting and recommendations.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements and automation.
